Meet Heath Harter | Coming up actor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Heath Harter and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Heath, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I’m currently a father of 2 at 21 years old and I just recently got into acting. Yes I know I am a little late since I do have kids but, I am trying to better myself and be the parent that my parents weren’t. Being a new coming actor isn’t easy at all. I get rejected, I get little sleep, and I don’t get paid much if any. I was an extra in a tv show and driving back and forth from Austin isn’t an easy drive. It all comes out of my pocket. Moral of the story, you have to take risks to persue your dreams and make a lot of sacrifices.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’m from a small town in west Texas called Rotan. I moved to kilgore when I was 15 years old and lived there until I got kicked out at 18 for getting into a predicament with my parents. I got kicked out with just 3 bags of clothes. Now I have my own place that I’ve been at for the last 3 years with my family. Now since I’ve been doing my acting career I lose time with the kids so I can accomplish my goals.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
There’sa place here in Tyler called Grand slam and it’s a bowling alley/ arcade. Very fun place but also might catch yourself spending more money than expected.

My fiancé/wife she is my #1 supporter
