We had the good fortune of connecting with Lexi & Cassie Johnson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lexi & Cassie, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Our dedication to maintaining quality and excellent customer service. In the instantaneous world we live in, people want everything now. With that comes lack of quality, which is something we will never sacrifice. Staying true to our brand is most important to us, which means rigorous quality control and excellent customer service so our customers never doubt how much they mean to us.

What should our readers know about your business?
We are most proud of the fact that we hand draw all of our designs at Dos Femmes. In order to provide our customers unique designs this is how we give every piece that something special. For example, we were at brunch drinking Bloody Mary’s and that’s when we decided we had to have a Bloody Mary Earring. They are highly detailed with an olive stud which we discussed together over brunch. Not only are these earrings designed by my sister and I, they are a reflection of our life and moments together.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Any time we are in Dallas we have to go to Heirloom Haul. It is an adorable tea room/boutique/hat bar with delicious entrees and an overall unique experience. Next, we drive to Fort Worth to visit some of our favorite stores there, Lawrence’s, Mavericks Fine Western Wear, P.S. The Letter, Lola and Lina, Love Lyss and Tucker Brown.

We would like to dedicate our shoutout to our Mom, Resa Johnson. She has supported us every step along the way while always helping us put everything into a positive perspective,
