We had the good fortune of connecting with Hope Conley and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Hope, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Owning a beauty business and being a woman of faith, the most important factor of my brands success is that I get to inspire and encourage the people that God destined for me to impact. When I make decisions for my business, the main question I ask myself is how will this help impact others and am I following God’s will for my business. My craft and business is not my own. I couldn’t be as successful as I have been without Him.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I began my esthetics career in 2018 near my hometown in Jackson, TN. What I believe sets me apart from the rest of my field is simply my energy & who I am as a woman. I take pride in the relationships I build with each client. I grew up as a “shop kid” and I watched my mother make amazing connections with her clients for years. Bringing that old school style of connecting with people to my modern way of doing business helps me to create an amazing atmosphere for my clients. I’ve certainly faced some challenges along the way, but with a bit of guidance from my mom, some patience and a lot of prayer, God has been sure to help me overcome.
What I would want people to recognize me and my brand for is the sense of community and comfortability I do my best to give. I still ensure to set proper boundaries for myself and my clients because business is business. However, in a world that’s so cruel and unkind, I want to be known for providing a loving, safe space for us to love ourselves in our truest form.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’ve only been in Dallas for less than a year so my adventures are still developing. However, I’d be sure to take her to Nubia’s Drive Thru for barria tacos, Blue Mesa Grill for brunch and mimosas, downtown to see the all of the lights at night and Deep Ellum for all kinds of fun!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to thank God first and foremost. Secondly I have to thank my mom, Faith, Albany, Aunt Tonya & Kia directly. I’d also like to thank all of my family and my clients for believing in me, supporting me and trusting me with such intimate services. Without you all, it wouldn’t be possible. I truly cherish every special bond I have with each and every one of you.
