We had the good fortune of connecting with Nikki Heath and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nikki, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I got signed to a Management Deal by InstruMusic Solutions in 2022. I had been booking and doing everything for myself and for my band. They realized that I could help them find talent for their roster and hired me. I became a Co-Owner a year later.. I wanted to help other artists book shows, find management and I wanted to put on shows to give bands and artists a platform to do their music.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
InstruMusic Solutions is a talent, booking and management company.

InstruMusic Solutions helps bring artists dreams to reality. From the artist with a passion to the customer with a vision. We provide the solution to your musical vision.

From concerts to private events to businesses, we bring the music to you. We strive to create an atmosphere of musical enlightenment.

We find inspiration all around us. We try to make music representative of your and our generation. We love the places that most people don’t give a second glance.

We have partnered with Shine Talent Agency Acquisitions to work with comedians and other artists.
We are most proud of how we are able to help artists follow their dreams.
We have been in business for 5 years and look forward to doing even more amazing things in the future.
We currently have an independent label and publishing company under Nikki Heath’s (Kick This Music) imprint.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Dre, owner of InstruMusic Solutions signed me to a Management Deal and gave me an opportunity to start performing again as a solo artist and with my band, Beyond Destiny. We have now been doing shows all over the US.. My family has always been supportive in whatever I chose to do. I get amazing encouragement from other agents, promoters, artists, bands and radio promoters. InstruMusic Solutions has grown and continues to work more artists.
