We had the good fortune of connecting with Nisha Sangani and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nisha, career-wise, where do you want to be in the end?
My ultimate career goal is to become a full-time content creator. I started creating content during my freshman year of undergrad, and I quickly realized that it’s something I want to pursue as a lifelong career. Content creation is truly my passion it excites me every day, and I love using it to help brands thrive. Alongside that, I hope to continue dancing part-time, as it’s another creative outlet that inspires me.

I work hard every day to stay consistent and produce high-quality content, and my journey at NYU has only strengthened this path. I’ve gained new skills, built valuable connections, attended brand events, and continue to grow as both a creator and a professional in the digital space.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Creating content has been my passion since freshman year of undergrad — beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and dance are how I tell stories and connect with people. What sets me apart is blending creativity with strategy, making content that’s not just pretty but impactful. It hasn’t been easy balancing school and growing as a creator, but staying consistent, experimenting, and showing up authentically got me here. My biggest lesson? Lean into your own voice. My brand is all about authenticity, creativity, and connection.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Since I’m currently in New York City, I’d give my best friend the full NYC experience. We’d hit all the iconic spots — Times Square, Central Park, Washington Square Park — and definitely catch a Broadway show. During the week, we’d grab coffee at my favorite café, Blank Street, and for dessert, head to The Spot. Nights out would be at Mr. Purple, Delancey, Somewhere Nowhere, 212, and more. We’d also check out as many pop-up events as possible because there’s always something exciting happening here.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My parents, sister and friends
