We had the good fortune of connecting with Alfonzo Peoples and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alfonzo, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking.
I think of risk like when you were a child and you were doing everything for the first time. How unknown the outcome is of the other side of taking the risk. It is uncertain what that risk might turn out to be on the other side but atleast you believed in yourself to take the leap regardless of the outcome.

Me and God have been taking risk my whole life. Me taking risk builded up the person I am today! All my risks was not pretty at all, but they all taught me a valuable lessons. I trusted God and just made a decision. That’s the best decision you can make with taking risk with something you actually believe in!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I know how I analyze every detail and specifics of my work and of myself. Being a creative is a self expression of your thoughts. I would always explain it’s the perfect mixture between old school and new school.

I got to where I am now by betting on myself and having a plan. Nothing is easy, life not easy, working a job not easy, starting a business not easy. I realize with pursing something you really want that’s worth going for, it will always be obstacles. Also having the will to actually want to do it and not acting like it’s a chore. The key is having a bigger purpose like “ what is that thing the make you want to get up and get to it? “ That bigger purpose is going to carry you over those challenges.

I want the world to know that Clear Intentions is not only luxury designer brand but is also a way of life. You can apply Clear Intentions to any part of your life.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would say go to Grand Prairie and go to the finch for breakfast. Go day party in Dallas for a few and just depends where but it’s different options. Check out the night life in Dallas or even Plano.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Yes of course, I couldn’t have done this without God. Thank you for the support and encouragement from my family, friends, CLR family. S/O to my business partner Dr. Maurice for being with me growing and nurturing the business through the ups and down. It takes a full team to accomplish something big.
