Hi Stacie, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
One of my favorite quotes is “Your attitude determines your altitude.” To me, this means that how we choose to see the world and ourselves directly impacts how far we go. A positive and resilient mindset can open doors, elevate opportunities, and shape the path to our purpose. It’s a reminder that perspective isn’t just powerful—it is everything.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I believe that anything worth having requires sacrifice. My journey as an educator is proof of that. Over the years, I’ve served in a variety of roles including Special Education teacher, 7th and 8th grade English Language Arts teacher, Special Education Department Chair, English Language Arts Department Chair, Reading Instructional Coach, and currently as a Reading Interventionist. Each title reflects a piece of the work I’ve done, but they don’t fully define who I am. At my core, I am a leader who believes in integrity, purpose, and the power of serving others.

As an entrepreneur, my mission is rooted in empowering women to embrace their brilliance and become the best version of themselves. Through events, mentorship, apparel, and personal storytelling, I create spaces for women to grow, heal, and thrive. My brand is not just about motivation. It is about transformation, confidence, and building a life aligned with purpose.

The road has not always been easy, but I’ve learned to show up consistently, trust the process, and keep faith at the center. Every challenge has taught me something valuable about resilience and vision. I want the world to know that my story is one of strength, service, and elevation. Whether in the classroom or the community, I am committed to making an impact that lasts.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting for a week, I would make sure she experienced the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. We would start with a visit to the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden because I love being surrounded by nature and the calm it brings. It is the perfect place to recharge and enjoy some peaceful moments.

When it comes to food, Dallas-Fort Worth has so many amazing options. One of my favorite spots is Rayleigh Underground. I celebrated my birthday there and the combination of great food, live music entertainment, and the overall vibe made it unforgettable. We would definitely go back for a night of delicious food, drinks, and live music.

For some excitement, we would spend a day at Six Flags and catch a basketball game because I love the energy and thrill of the game. Overall, the week would be filled with great food, good company, fun experiences, and memories that last.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to dedicate my shoutout first to my faith in God, which continues to be the foundation of everything I do. Making the decision to believe in myself and prioritizing my personal growth has truly transformed my journey. My experience as a mother has also played a powerful role in shaping me. The lessons, the love, and even the challenges have all contributed to the woman I am today.
