We had the good fortune of connecting with Stacy Diamond Rake and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Stacy Diamond, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
Success in the soulpreneur world is different than in my previous world owning an insurance agency. Often success is measured by sales or production or reaching quotas and most often money. When I started Soul Re Re Re I didn’t understand that the yardstick I had used to measure success in insurance had to be thrown out. The word success doesn’t even fit in this beautiful, soul filled work. I am more likely to ask things like did people feel a shift? Did they release and receive? Did their story change? Are they happier? Are they able to quiet the noise in their head and hear their own wisdom now that we have worked together?

When sessions are impactful I am giddy with joy. Being a part of a client’s journey of moving through a threshold is better than just about anything.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I built an insurance agency from scratch in 1999, sold it in 2021 then went on a search for my purpose. After some hilarious rabbit trails including chicken wire sculpture and closet decluttering…really…I took an online 3 week course with Mike Dooley and Marije Terluin on past life regression. I was hooked. Marije is a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) practitioner so I started my certification and became a level 2 practitioner. The beauty of a QHHT session is that the client gets to listen to the deepest, most living part of themselves that wants their highest good. I believe the client knows the answers. I simply help them remember. I also offer group past life explorations online, at meetings and retreats.

Hugging the Mirror is a guided meditation which often includes sound bath integration with my friends, Teri and Mike Carlo. I don’t know anyone who doesn’t listen to the inner narrator. Hugging the Mirror is about “What if…” What if I am not the things that inner narrator says? What if I can look in the mirror and love myself? Through guided meditation and conversation, client’s explore tools to change their story and be gentle and loving with themselves.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
One of my favorite places to visit is a day trip from the city. The Choctaw Cultural Center in Durant, Oklahoma. This museum tells the Choctaw history in creative and engaging ways. I’m a museum nerd and fascinated by native american culture so the center is one of my favorite places. The food and people there are delightful. I’m always curious how many of us have been native americans in past lives. Several of my clients have those experiences.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
One of the best outcomes of being in this soulpreneur world is the people. What I’ve noticed is how many healers and modalities there are but so many of us have felt alone. This is a recurring theme I hear. The good news is I have a tribe of amazing women like Teri Carlo with Time Out Yoga and Emilie Collins with Art Breath Soul and Stacy Davenport with The Energy Catalyst. I deeply admire their healing work. These women are deep wells who are changing lives and shifting energy.
