We had the good fortune of connecting with Jarrett Howell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jarrett, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Every family needs and wants to have financial literacy and access to resources to be able create generational wealth at some level. My grandmother got paralyzed, placed into different care facilities, and ending up passing away not receiving the proper care or resources we wanted for her. The only reason she had that experience was because her and our family did not have the education or the access to resources to benefit her best.

That experience drove me to go all in to ensure as many families, especially minority families, that I can reach will have the education and access to ensure the best care and wealth planning for every family. Lastly, I knew I could create a generation of financial wealth for many families.

What should our readers know about your business?
At Hamilton Wealth Advisors, we pride ourselves being full service, fiduciary advisors that are able to solve any financial situation. We are a wealth one-stop shop that offers investments, tax planning, estate planning, business planning, insurance, and much more. We believe in building comprehensive income plans for every family for FREE. Our excellent service, relationship building, and education leaves families more educated and with a full understanding of the resources available to them to ensure a secure retirement and wealth. In an industry where many of the clients have no clue what they really have in place, we pride ourselves in making sure our clients know and believe in their plan to cover all goals and objectives. Every family can have access to the same resources available to the top 1% of American wealth.

Building a business is hard, but I learned so much from our founder, Wilbert Hamilton. He is a TITAN in the financial services industry. His leadership, impact, and wisdom has allowed us to take the DFW market and serve with top notch resources to serve families from all income levels. As an independent firm, we have the challenge to inform and show that we have the resources and access to serve any financial situation.

I have learned in this process that everyone needs financial education, but everyone is not willing to receive and act on the education. With so many theories, financial coaches, and social media content, there is a lot of misleading information out there. Everyone will not be a great fit for us, but hope people get educated from a professional. It can be difficult when people don’t believe what we present, but God called us to keep planting seeds and in HIS time there will be a harvest.

I want the world to know that Hamilton Wealth Advisors serves people from all industries, including executives, professional athletes, entrepreneurs, hospitals, and universities. Therefore, we have the platform and resources the can best serve any family or business. We believe we are raising a generation!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love places I can be there all day to hang out. Haha. Music, Food, and good vibes.

1. Sunday go to a Cowboy game then hang out at Texas Live. Great music, food, and entertainment.

2. Go to a Dallas Mavericks game in the middle of the week. Then hangout in downtown Dallas. So many great places for food and entertainment.

3. I love the Shops at Legacy space in Frisco. So many good restaurants and spaces. My favorites there are Earl’s Kitchen and Legacy Food Hall.

3. Worldsprings in The Colony is a great time to relax, recharge, and hang out. That spa is a great place to have a great day of fun.

4. Lastly, Gotta go to my church Social Dallas. Gotta get recharged, man! It’s a great church and we have a great time there.

5. I love going to Lifetime Fitness. Especially, the one in Las Colinas. Great amenities, food, and fun.

6. . Last place is Belenty’s in Fort Worth. It’s a vegan Mexican restaurant. The food and service is great!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My wife, Vanessa Howell, deserves a major shoutout! Vanessa was a former executive in Corporate America that was so amazing with operations and sales. I told her that I NEEDED her and she came to help me build my business. Now, it is a family affair. She does so much organizing, preparing, and ensuring efficiency for our business. I can’t do this business without her and is invaluable to our clients and myself.
