Hi Tony, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process behind starting Victory Real Estate Group was driven by recognizing significant opportunities in the real estate market, particularly in Dallas. I saw a gap in multi-tenant retail development and wanted to create a leading brand that could fill that void. My goal was to establish a company that not only developed high-quality properties but also became a market leader. Leveraging my experience and vision, I aimed to build a brand synonymous with excellence, innovation, and reliability in the real estate sector. This strategic positioning has allowed us to grow and lead in the competitive Dallas market.
