We had the good fortune of connecting with Presley Pritchard and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Presley, what matters most to you?
The value that matters most to me is integrity. Integrity is the cornerstone of trust and respect in all aspects of life. It guides my actions, decisions, and interactions, ensuring that I always strive to be honest, ethical, and consistent in everything I do. Integrity is not just a value; it’s a way of life that defines who I am and how I engage with the world around me.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My work is a reflection of my journey—a testament to resilience, determination, and the unwavering pursuit of excellence. What sets me apart is not only my diverse experience but also my ability to navigate challenges with grace and determination. As a former paramedic firefighter and having been a single mom, I’ve faced adversity head-on, learning valuable lessons about prioritizing values and resilience. My journey hasn’t been easy, but every obstacle has strengthened my resolve and fueled my passion for making a difference.
I’m most proud of overcoming adversity and building a successful career while raising a family. It wasn’t easy, but through perseverance and a strong sense of purpose, I’ve achieved more than I ever thought possible. Along the way, I’ve learned the importance of resilience, the power of community, and the value of authenticity.
My story is a testament to the transformative power of perseverance and determination. I want the world to know that no matter the obstacles we face, we have the power to rise above them and create the life we desire. My brand is built on authenticity, integrity, and a commitment to making a positive impact. I hope to inspire others to embrace their own journeys, knowing that resilience and determination can lead to incredible achievements.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to my mentor, Kendall Strampel, whose guidance and wisdom have been invaluable in shaping my journey. Additionally, I’m grateful for the unwavering support of my family, the encouragement of my friends, and the inspiration provided by my man, Jordan. Their belief in me and their encouragement have played a significant role in my achievements and growth.
