We had the good fortune of connecting with Carol Rosini and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Carol, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
The most important habit to have in order to succeed is the willingness to work hard. Hard work and dedication is the only way to succeed.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I learned early that hard work, attention to detail and multitasking was the key to a successful career. I did not have the benefit of a higher education so being the best at my job was how I was going to succeed. I spent about 20 years in the commercial print industry and handled millions of dollars of business each year. So, I bring that drive and determination into everything I do.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well, a few trips to Rosini Vineyards would obviously be in order! Depending on the time of year we would have to catch a Mavericks game or hear a concert by the lake. The Dallas World Aquarium is always a great place to visit and the Reunion Tower Ball.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My Mom has been my biggest cheerleader in building this new business. She has believed in my ability and vision since day one. She is not a wine drinker but can see that I have built a beautiful atmosphere for people to gather, relax and enjoy some good wine and food.
