Oh my goodness, what lessons have my business not taught me haha? I think the biggest lesson to be learned is perseverance is an absolute must when running a start-up business. There have been several lessons I have learned while on this journey but the one lesson that has carried me when I get discouraged is: all that I have is all that I need. Often times we get hemmed up with a long list of “if’s….then’s”, delaying our own progress forward. The most important thing I have learned is to value my time over money, everyone is out there chasing a check and they don’t realize there are things in this world better than money. I can only say that because I was one of them folks. It took me a bit to slow down and recalibrate my thinking, but once I did.
