Hi Benny, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
It all started with a Vision. Me and my wife were tired of always having micromanaged jobs. And Wanted to become our own BOSS!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Birrieria Y Taqueria Los Patrones is a family-owned food truck that offers authentic Mexican street food. It is run by Benny Casarez and my wife Frida Casarez. It all started with a vision we established our food truck October, 2022 and has kept us on our feet and busy we are thankful that we can call it our Full time Job. We just want to share with the world the best Birria In town! Recipes that have been passed down from my father and his family Bussiness when growing Up in Michoacán, Mexico.

Birrieria Y Taqueria Los Patrones serves food that ranges from The Best QuesaTacos, RamenBirriaNoodles, Burritos, Quesadillas, Mulitas, Tortas, and our classic Natural Agua Frescas.

We will continue to grow our business here in Fort Worth, TX. All while showing our 2 Boys & 2 girls that with god first and hard work dedication, and faith anything is possible.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If it’s to have a great time, great vibes, Grab a drink, great views, photo sessions, book special Events, Horse back riding. I would take them down To RanchoMC in Burleson, TX show them the best Ranch In DFW Along with showing superior quality Friesian Horses that are imported from Netherland.
