We had the good fortune of connecting with Vera Ukpabi and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Vera, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I started my Christian life coaching business because I wanted to help other believers and disciples reach their highest potential (mentally, socially and economically)

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We focus on helping Christian Life Coaches, Business owners, Entrepreneurs, CEOs, VPs, Directors, managers and professionals with their spiritual needs (burn out, anxiety, stress, depression, singleness, lonliness, alcoholism, diversity issues, work life balance, career change, fear etc). In addition, we work with clients on goal setting and create strategic plans for them to meet their goals and we tweak them as meet on a weekly basis, leading them to improve their lives through lasting change.

We also work with Christians who have just finished therapy or counseling for anxiety, depression, confidence, diversity, eating disorders, etc. and want to focus on taking their lives to the next level.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would check out all of the great networking events in Dallas. It’s a great way to meet people and build business relationships.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to dedicate this to Shannon Savoy! She has been such an inspiration to me!
