Since starting my bakery, it has been only me. At first, my work life balance was tough and not leveled out at all. I did go through many nights of staying up all night till the morning finishing up orders. At this point, I have learned how to balance it all out. I learn that it is ok to say “No, I’m booked and cannot get you in last minute..” I have a limit of how many orders I accept daily and I make sure I take off for special occassions and when I need a break to refresh and restart. I believe my work life balance is nonexistent. I am working on my business 24/7 365 days a year. I also manage to work for a corporate company 5 days a week. I take care of my children everyday and guide them for success. I believe being a full time everything will pay off over time. I tend to say no to things that are not productive in my life.
