Where do you see yourself at the end of your career?

It’s easy to get caught up in the day to day, but it’s important to stop and ask: what’s the end goal? Knowing where you are trying to go is step one in getting there and so we’ve asked some folks we admire to tell us their end goal and where they want to be by the end of their careers.
You know, I actually think this is the first time I’ve ever been asked that… When I think of my business, my career, my goal’s, multiple paths come to mind, but they always end with the same thought. That thought being, that whatever my business grows into, it’ll have consistently changed the lives of as many people as possible. Oh, man! My end goal is to be a Master Trainer in Permanent Makeup, own multiple businesses, and have my own non-profit foundation. I have an end goal but I don’t think I fully have an end goal. What I mean by that, is once I reach my goal I reset my goals so I feel like it’s a never ending goal lol. Challenging yourself, that’s the fun part. The great part about running my own business is that my end goal is able to change as my priorities and lifestyle change over the years. would love to own my own brick-and-mortar macaron shop one day, when my kids are older and I have more time to myself. I think about this a lot. I want tobe comfortable and well known. I want a brand of paint and paint brushes. I want my own line of professional canvases as well. My dream is to have art so recognizable that when you see it you know leah the artist painted it.
