Being a “good” human. This might sound vague because “good” can be highly subjective. Allow me to explain.
I have a passion for waxing but more than that, I want people to be happy, comfortable, and confident. I try to create that type of experience for each of my customers. In waxing, people are basically paying for pain, right? However, the end result is greater confidence in their appearance.
