We had the good fortune of connecting with Vallori Thomas and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Vallori, what principle do you value most?
Mindset is everything! It begins with possibility thinking (PT), a mindset that engages in the exploration of possibility. Little to no creativity can occur without possibility thinking. “PT” forces you to ask solution-oriented questions and requires you to form your own creative responses which leads to a sense of self-determination. Self-determination is essential for taking intentional actions and for being imaginative and innovative. It was this principle and thinking that moved me from a bottom existence to one of mattering and living a life of vitality and joy.

What should our readers know about your business?
Founder/Principal Coach, Institute at WOW Coaching & Consulting; Author, “Possibilitology It’s A Great Day To Be Amazing”. The was a time when I couldn’t see possibility of any kind. I had lost everything including my home, my job, my family and friends. I hit bottom and it was far lower and emptier than I ever imagined it could be. Frankly, the depth of the human spirit is unfathomable. I wish I could tell you exactly what happened to spark my life’s turnaround but I can’t. I do not know if it was something someone said, something I read on a billboard, or something my inner voice whispered. I only know there came a divine moment when I knew the direction I should move was up-up from my bottom. Piece by piece I began to rebuild my life, I discovered I was pretty good at being human. One day during an ordinary conversation with co-workers about nothing in particular, a colleague asked, “What do you really want?” The question was so potent it stopped me in my tracks. Years later, in the methodical rebuilding of my life, I would come to understand how pivotal that question was and how it set me on the path to the life perspective at the center of who I am today and everything I do … Possibilitology. It’s a creative, liberating perspective that shifts “what if I can’t” into “what if I can”, a perspective that can make every day amazing.
