We had the good fortune of connecting with Tracy Genheimer and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tracy, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the success of my brand is making a positive impact on the lives of all the people we touch. Our goal is to shine light and bring joy through our dance classes and our goal is to work towards that every day.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Tippi Toes is a unique dance program that brings engaging and kid-friendly dance classes to boys and girls all around the metro! Tippi Toes leads with positivity and encouragement to teach our students dance and foster their creativity. I started out as a Tippi Toes Dance instructor in college and fell in love with the company environment. I knew I wanted Tippi Toes to continue to be a part of my life after college. The opportunity to open a Tippi Toes franchise presented itself shortly after graduating college and I never looked back!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
So I actually live in Oklahoma City and run Tippi Toes North Texas remotely. I’m not sure I can really answer this question very well! But I can say I love eating at Twisted Root Burger when I’m in town! And Bread Winners is also a big treat!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
All the other owners of Tippi Toes are an inspiration to me. Tippi Toes owners create a sisterhood that builds each other up!
