Hi Sabrina, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I wanted to take my experiences and difficult life lessons and turn them into preventative care lessyI could share with others. I’ve gained so much strength from teaching others the importance of self care. Designing nutrition plans and workout programs to help them prioritize self has been a source of great joy!
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I’m a Wellness Coach, Body Movement Specialist and CEO of Body & Soul Fitness. I use genetic based testing to create nutrition and fitness plans for my clients.. I specialize in helping those with chronic illnesses understand the powerful benefits nutrition and movement can have on their health.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my BFF was visiting for a week we would definitely have to check out Klyde Warren Park and the splendid space in downtown Dallas. For a special treat I would grant a cheat day and take them to Pecan Lodge for some of the cities best BBQ! We would grab a scooter and cruise downtown to work off that meal. Then we would hit the Botanical Garden and Dallas Arboretum

I owe credit to my family, my Pastor Ralph Clark and my Agape Bible church family and my best friend for always encouraging me to push my boundaries and live in my purpose to help others.
