Hi Roni, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
The best advice I’ve ever received—and it’s stuck with me—is this: Just because someone does something differently than you doesn’t make it wrong.

This simple truth has been so empowering. It’s a reminder that we each have the freedom to make choices that feel right for us, especially when it comes to running our businesses or living our lives. What works for someone else might not work for you, and that’s okay.

So, follow YOUR heart, stay true to yourself, and trust that your path is uniquely yours to create. The right people will find you.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am most proud of my clientele!
I have so many new guests in, that truly just feel like hanging with a friend!
I try to always make sure I am focusing on getting guests in my chair that vibes well with my personality and goals in life! Always having positive energy and a listening ear.
I am also so very proud of my new suite! Because of my awesome clients and their referrals, in just under 7 months in a new state, I was able to open my own suite! Now all my guests get a safe quiet place we can chat and reach their goals!! It’s one of my favorite places in the world.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’m still pretty new here too—I moved to Fort Worth in October 2022! For me, some of my favorite things to share with others are exploring the Stockyards, enjoying some authentic Texas barbecue, and spending time out on Eagle Mountain Lake. This whole area has so much to offer!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I truly have always just had the most supportive friends and family. Thanks to them all I’ve been able to practice my skills and try new things!
From men’s cuts on my dad and brothers, to fun vivids on best friends!
My clients are truly my support, I do what I do because I love to connect with people, find a goal and make them happy! “This is exactly what I wanted” is my favorite thing to hear during a hairstylist reveal!
