We had the good fortune of connecting with Pappy G and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Pappy, the decisions we make often shape our story in profound ways. What was one of the most difficult decisions you’ve had to make?
For me, starting my personal YouTube channel. I doubted myself. But i knew i wanted to put out more content but i didn’t want the duo channel to become a personal channel. So i had conversation with my brother and along with others , and everybody supported it!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’m a Youtuber and business owner. What’s sets me apart from any youtuber is that I’m authentic. I don’t fake anything for views. I believe that’s why the people rock with me the way they do because they see a real personal and people rock with the real. Business wise , I’m a owner operator of a sprinter van. I go all over the state delivering general freight. The process for both have not been easy , but with consistency and dedication , i was able to get where i am now. The lessons I’ve learned was to always stay ahead of the curve. Things can change in a split second so i just try to stay prepared. I’m also always researching how to improve my business and YouTube channel.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’m a fan of Deep Ellum. You can Eat , drink , play and party down there. So most likely we would spend majority of our time there

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Just everybody that supports me! It would be a long list for me to go down and i wouldn’t want to forget anybody. But shoutout to everybody who supports the channel, sends me motivating texts / DM’s, the likes/ shares etc. Without y’all, i wouldn’t been stopped.
