We had the good fortune of connecting with Morgan Moon and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Morgan, how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?
I have gone from being a stay at home mom to working 40-60 hours a week to now making my own schedule. During the pandemic my hours skyrocketed, I became a slave to my job. I saw the effect it had on my daughter and hated it. Knowing something needed to change, I quit my “9-5” and became a Realtor. Now my daughter and my health come first and it has significantly improved my work life. I am able to give my clients the care and hard work they deserve because I am the happiest and healthiest I have ever been.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Real estate seems like it would be easy to get into, especially when the market is as hot as it is. Everyone knows at least one agent and they’re usually pretty successful. But this season has been extremely challenging as a new real estate agent, but a wonderful learning experience none the less. Every day I am learning how to make my clients stand out among the rest when this market can be so overwhelming.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to give a huge shoutout to my brother and now real estate broker. He was the one who encouraged me to take this leap of faith into a new career and he has been there supporting me every step of the way. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without him.
