We had the good fortune of connecting with LaSeanda Wilcott and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi LaSeanda, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I want to be successful with my talents and abilities. Oh only made sense to do what I enjoy and be able to monetize it at the same time.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I have always loved arts and business. When I first attended college, none of the traditional paths looked appeasing to me. It was through networking with other creatives that I found my niche and began to hone my gifting a and abilities. I feel that if you want something badly enough you will find a way. There are so many resources available these days and I encourage anyone to dive deep regardless of age, sex, or background and get what you need.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Museums, downtown shops, mom & pop restaurants, etc ..pretty much any place with a little texture to it.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My mother, Shalonda Wilcott Adams for showing me anything is possible when you set your heart, mind, and action to it.
