Hi Lalitha, other than deciding to work for yourself, what was the single most important decision you made that contributed to your success?
While my passion for quantum physics provides motivation and family support offers a strong foundation, it is the unwavering perseverance that has truly been the driving force behind my success in this challenging and rewarding field. I made a tough choice to leave my favorite job and start my own deep tech company. The field of quantum physics is notoriously complex, and there were many times when I faced difficult concepts or setbacks. My determination to push through these obstacles has been crucial. Staying committed to long-term goals, even when progress seems slow, has been essential in advancing my understanding and contributions to the field. By persistently working on my skills and knowledge, I’ve been able to grow and adapt in this rapidly evolving area of science.

My spouse, Balu, absolutely deserves recognition for their incredible support throughout my journey. He has been a constant source of encouragement, providing the emotional and moral support necessary to navigate complex challenges. Balu’s belief in my potential, has been a driving force behind my success.
