We had the good fortune of connecting with Jerry Daza and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jerry, how do you define success?
Everything started listening to rock en español, with my best friend which invited me to apart of his band as manager. It was then I found out that I carried creativity towards music. I think of myself as a creative person. I have very defined ideas to develop concerts of the best rock en español.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I want to begin by saying that I don’t consider my self any more special than anybody else, however we do have different ideas, as it was to create the first multicultural festival with the best alternative bands as well as other music mixes. We’ve already have had our first music festival, y mucho mas! We so ready for ur first concert at the statler, July 31st is the day for this concert Enjambre and Siddhartha. We so excited, can be a new start Staff from Catrina fest of México is supporting us this time.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
First of all, Dallas Texas is a very beautiful city with lots of growth and lots of entertaining places. I would take my friends to Félix Culpa, la Viuda Negra. La Ventana, it’ll do club, y

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
El Vive Latino one of the best festival in Mexico and Latinoamérica, is a good example of what we want to do here in Dallas tx. I’m so proud of this new team, we’re so ready to bring more music and good concerts. El Re-Tokin Music..
