We had the good fortune of connecting with JaMeyah “Lowkeey” Moore and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi JaMeyah “Lowkeey”, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
You have your pros and your cons, when it comes to risk but its well worth it! “If you dont try, how will you ever know?” I live and breathe by that motto! Taking risk, because you know it wont happen overnight. I truly feel, the best part about taking a risk is the accomplishment that becomes apart of it. It feels great going hard for yourself.
What should our readers know about your business?
Starting a business was actually far from easy, long sleepless nights, multiple personalities to encounter throughout the days, learning to become a “people-person” while dealing with anxiety. All the loses I endured were lessons and well worth it. I overcame so many challenges with the support from all the people around me. Daily affirmations and conversations took me a long way. Whats the most important thing the world to know, never stop going to even when you are the black sheep.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I really love sweets! So I’d for sure go to The S.Y.D Factory for the best cupcakes and shakes in Texas. My favorite, is the S’mores shake. I love to eat, so seafood is a go-to at Cajun Corner! I love being outside, enjoying nature though. Definitely enjoy going to the trails, walking in the parks. The Museum of Illusions, in Dallas is pretty fun as well. Im a simple type.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My mentors, my support system & my family.
