We had the good fortune of connecting with Gary Gregory and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Gary, what is the most important factor behind your success?
This is a fun question! Right off the starting line, my brand is my WHO. Also referred to as my calling card or transformational word. My WHO, calling card, and transformational word is SUPERFANTASTIC!.

That’s it.

I have owned my WHO for several years now. This hyperbole word means more than just a fancy title. It has a unique definition that serves as my personal accountability statement.

SUPER identifies that each person is blessed with a gift, skill, and talent that needs to be equipped.
When equipped well, each person can steward a FANTASTIC, their circumstance and environment.

I still get excited when sharing this word and it’s personal definition.

People know me by this calling card. This is value I bring when I speak, coach or encourage others. My personal accountability and ownership to be SUPERFANTASTIC is what I find to be the success of my brand.

What should our readers know about your business?
The Gary Gregory is a culmination of personal, vocational, and professional experiences, stories and lessons over a life time of experiences.

Personal experiences include fighting the good fight for a marriage for over 29 years with four incredible children. Overcoming struggles, defeat, heartache, and falling on my face, but ultimately getting back up and keep fighting for what is right.

Vocational experiences include becoming a sponsored triathlete, personal trainer, and successfully completing marathons, trail races, and an Ironman.

Profession experiences have included spending over 20 years in the multifamily industry, learning from a myriad of leaders and customers. Some good and some not so good leaders and customers. I have made my share of mistakes and success along the way.

Professional career also includes becoming a two time best-selling author and standing on stages across the country and virtually to speak encouragement and share lessons to equip and steward leadership.

The Gary Gregory is my efforts to encourage and support others so they can Equip and Steward their leadership.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
For any family, friends or colleagues visiting the Frisco area, I would want to make sure they experienced the best of what is offered.  A visit would not be complete without visiting some great eating spots including Mateo’s Mexican Food, Pizzeria Testa, the Rail Yard food trucks, and breakfast at The Depot Cafe.  Coffee from Sun Moon in old downtown Frisco is a must.

The typical tourist stops have to include the STAR, National Video Game Museum, and Frisco Square.
Rounding out a visit on Sunday by taking them to Elevate Life Church with me. The encouragement and fulfillment from church gets you ready for a SUPER life.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My shoutout belongs to my relationship to Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior. It was made possible by attending Elevate Life Church in Frisco, TX, with Pastor Keith Craft, Pastor Josh Craft, Pastor Buddy and Vickie Flowers, and my alignments. When you elevate your thinking, you elevate your life.
