We had the good fortune of connecting with Darice Anderson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Darice, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the success of 3-N-1 Trinity Services is our unwavering commitment to community-centered impact. Our programs are intentionally designed to meet people where they are—whether through workforce support, entrepreneurship training, youth development, or access to basic needs like food, clothing, and mentorship. We listen to the voices of the communities we serve and respond with relevant, practical solutions that promote long-term growth and self-sufficiency. What sets us apart is our ability to not only provide resources, but to foster hope, dignity, and opportunity. That consistent focus on empowering others is at the heart of everything we do—and it’s what drives our continued success.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
At 3-N-1 Trinity Services, we exist to educate, equip, and empower individuals—especially those who are often overlooked—to live healthy, productive, and purpose-driven lives. What sets us apart is our holistic, people-centered approach. We’re not just delivering programs—we’re delivering pathways to transformation. We serve both youth and adults with a unique blend of entrepreneurship training, workforce readiness, leadership development, and supportive wraparound services like mental health care, mentorship, and legal empowerment.

We are most proud of the impact we’ve made in underserved communities throughout Dallas, East Texas, and beyond. From helping individuals gain employment and start businesses to mentoring young leaders and connecting families to vital resources, our programs are designed to meet people where they are—then walk with them as they grow.

Getting here wasn’t easy. Like many nonprofits, we started with passion, a bold vision, and minimal funding. We faced barriers like limited resources, systems not built for grassroots growth, and earning the trust of communities that have long been under-resourced. But we leaned on faith, consistency, and strong partnerships. We knocked on doors, listened to the people we serve, and collaborated with nonprofits, funders, and volunteers who believed in our mission.

One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned is the power of presence and persistence. People don’t just need services—they need someone who shows up consistently, who listens, and who believes in them. Relationships are our currency, and every connection we make is a seed planted for long-term impact.

We’re also excited to share our newest initiative: Mobile Feeding: Pull Up to Empower. This program is a mobile outreach effort created to directly support unhoused individuals and families in underserved Dallas communities. Through this pilot program, we deliver non-perishable food, water, and essential clothing directly to neighborhoods facing food insecurity and housing instability. More than relief, it’s about restoring dignity and building bridges to long-term support and stability.

What we want the world to know is that 3-N-1 Trinity Services is more than a nonprofit—it’s a movement of hope, restoration, and opportunity. We are committed to breaking cycles of poverty, homelessness, and economic disparity through education, empowerment, and intentional care. Our story is still being written, and we invite others to join us—whether as a volunteer, donor, partner, or participant.

We’re here to make lasting change—and we’re just getting started.
