We had the good fortune of connecting with Christina Martinez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Christina, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting CTX Credit Repair was putting myself in my clients shoes. I once was the person seeking help and guidance on how to fix my credit and maintain it in good standing. After feeling defeated a few times with some bad experiences with other companies, I decided to learn it, master it and educate on good credit habits.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
When it comes to my business, it makes me extremely proud to know I have created a company where my clients and future clients feel comfortable enough to come and talk to me about having bad credit. These particular subjects can be embarrassing to some, but I feel I have showed that my heart and values is truly to help any and everyone get back on track. As my company grows, I feel I grow as a individual as well. There has been a lot of long nights, a lot of tears and frustrations but seeing the joy when my clients receive great results makes it all worth it, How did I over come challenges? My answer would be every challenge I faced, I learned a valuable lesson and that alone is all you need to take away from a challenge as long as you learned something from it, take it with you and know how to handle it if it ever happens again. You soon learn what works and what doesn’t work for you and your business.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I personally love authentic MEXICAN food! You can never go wrong with chips, salsa and a margarita! 🙂

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I always thank my social media friends, some I have met in real life some I have not, due to their tremendous support and referrals I have really been able to put my business out there and grow.
