We had the good fortune of connecting with CB Bosah and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi CB, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My background is in Information Technology, but over time I realized that my job no longer gave me a sense of security or fulfillment. I did not want to wait until circumstances forced me to make a change. I knew I needed a backup plan that I could build and control myself. That is when I decided to get my Texas Real Estate License. It gave me a pathway to create opportunities on my own terms and eventually gave me the confidence to step fully into entrepreneurship.

What should our readers know about your business?
Bosah Group is a boutique real estate brokerage and consulting firm based in Dallas. On the real estate side, we specialize in apartment locating, home buying, and selling. On the consulting side, we help individuals and businesses elevate their brand presence through web design, app development, and digital marketing. Today, we are fortunate to serve hundreds of clients every year.

The journey here has not been easy. Business is very much a roller coaster, filled with both highs and lows, but those challenges have shaped who I am as an entrepreneur. What sets us apart is our focus on people over transactions. We make it a priority to build genuine relationships with our clients before diving into their goals, because we believe long-term success comes from trust and connection.

Along the way, I have learned that perseverance and adaptability are everything. The setbacks teach just as much, if not more, than the wins. What I want the world to know about Bosah Group is that we are committed to impact. Whether it is finding someone their first apartment, helping a family buy or sell a home, or guiding a business in strengthening their digital presence, our mission is always the same: to deliver real results while putting people first.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Dallas is one of those cities where you can truly do it all with incredible food, great nightlife, and world-class sports. If my best friend was in town for a week, I would want them to experience a little bit of everything.

We would start with a night at AT&T Stadium or the American Airlines Center to catch either a Cowboys or Mavericks game and set the tone. During the week, I would take them to Highland Park Village for dinner and drinks because it offers the perfect mix of atmosphere and dining. Saturday would be spent on Knox Henderson watching college football with friends and enjoying the energy of the area.

On Sunday, we would slow it down with lunch on Lower Greenville and then head to State Thomas for dinner to wrap up the weekend. In between, we would make time to walk through Klyde Warren Park, check out Deep Ellum for live music, and stop by some of the local coffee shops and lounges that make Dallas feel like home.

The best part of Dallas is the variety. Whether it is sports, food, or culture, there is always something happening and always a new place to explore.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would not be where I am today without the sacrifices my parents made while I was growing up. I was very fortunate to have that foundation and it gave me the drive to pursue bigger opportunities. My immediate family has played a huge role in my journey as well. Their support, encouragement, and belief in me continue to be a big part of why I am able to do what I am doing now.
