We had the good fortune of connecting with Andy Najjar and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andy, what do you attribute your success to?
I believe everyone needs to focus and double down on what they are the best at. You will succeed pursuing being the best at that one thing that moves you and drives passion.

My super power is creativity. I love being able to find business opportunities and use creativity to create products and services with speed and innovation. If the customer or market needs it and we are capable of providing it then it’s on the table to bring it to them.

To foster creativity it is key to practice staying a visionary, looking at the big picture and remembering that 100% of $100 is not better than 20% of $1M. Utilize partnerships, teams, strengths of others to make amazing things happen.

Lastly, get in touch with your inner child that always likes to wonder and explore. Give yourself time away from mundane tasks to let imagination and creativity in.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I joined the founding team of FutureSolve one week before the COVID Lockdown. What a great way to start a business. However, its always important to take what you have and find the opportunities the are in front of you.

Because market feedback and innovation requires listening it turned out to be the best time to meet customers with little pressure and just hear them. We also were all humans going through a pandemic so the compassion and openness was in the air.

We had an idea where we want to play but we had no products built. Which took time and refinement but once you find the themes and areas all people want then it’s time to run fast and deliver it to the market.

FutureSolve is now the leader in HR Advisory and Technology helping medium sized companies place infrastructure to scale and grow. We are one of the only companies to bring a wholesome approach between technology and advisory which sets us apart by miles from any consulting firm.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
1) I would take them to Bishop Arts to experience some of the best local food spots. ( written by the seasons is one of my favourites)

2) I would then take them to one of the rooftop pool/bars to see the skyline and spend the night enjoying Dallas’s warm nights. (The Gallery Lounge)

3) Brunch at Bread winners Uptown dallas

4) Ride the Trolly! Experience it

5) Art District and the Art Museum

6) Klyde Warren Park

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to recognize someone that has mentored me and believed in me for many years. I would not be where I am now if It was not for Maan Hamdan. Serial Entrepreneur and one of the best humans I have come across.

I also want to mention the books Think & Grow Rich, The Prophet as some of the greatest books that fueled the fire of growth.
