We had the good fortune of connecting with Amber Clancy and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Amber, how do you think about risk?
Just to be transparent, I was a bit apprehensive about my gifts/talents or having a fear of failure prior to birthing Charcuterie Delight on October 4, 2020. Therefore, I had to get out of my own way and allow God to guide me in using my gifts to share with the world. Risk taking is having the unwavering faith to accomplish anything you put your mind to whether in your personal life or career. For example, initially makeup artistry was my passion but the beauty industry is so saturated. Therefore, I had to take a major risk switching career paths from makeup artistry to edible artistry in the midst of a pandemic. Releasing my difficulties made room for new opportunities, which paved the way for Charcuterie Delight. -Amber Clancy

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
When Amber first introduced me to Charcuterie Delight, I was uneducated on Charcuterie. I just knew it as meat and cheese. But as she explained to me her product and how each fine cheese and meat compliment each other specifically, I was amazed. Charcuterie Delight presents itself beautifully and artistically with our crafted boards, boxes, and grazing tables; we guarantee that it will be of quality taste! I joined Amber this year after trying one of her boxes. It attracted me visually and it did not disappoint once I ate it. I knew she had something and wanted to be a part of it. I push our marketing and back-end business of the company. In the short time I have been partnered in Charcuterie Delight we have been able to collaborate great ideas and grow the business. So far it has been easy. Amber and I work very well together, it’s as if we can really read each other’s minds. We have experienced small challenges with customer service, but we take it all in as learning experiences and guidance for improvement. We want to show the world something new! Our product is much more than just meat and cheese, these delicacies are beautiful crowd pleasers that give quality taste and satisfaction. -Chastity Washington
