Hi Almudena, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
my entire career path has been a constant personal challenge. believing in me. having. determination to heal all lack of self-confidence. I show myself that if I can do it my my self . without help and without funding. it has been very sanctisfactory
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
A nice Walk in nature . And breakfast having good chilaquiles . A nice cup of wine by nigth with a good friend and a. Good philosophical talk.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
What do you like the most when you look at what you have achieved? 1.- Well … having managed to develop a small self-sustaining business, consolidating a team of women whose skills in embroidery work are of high quality, creating pieces of such color that meet the demands of today’s women.
How easy or difficult has it been for you?
2.- It was not easy because during my training as a fashion designer, I did not have the support of administrative training; which is why it led me to make mistakes that blocked my growth.
What have you learned?
3.- It was necessary to learn that training in garment design is not enough, skill in creating work teams and leading them with discipline is also necessary.
What would you like them to know about you?
4.- For me it has been extremely gratifying to see how my collaborators have developed the ambition to improve not only their work skills, but also their financial and personal life.
Most of them come from simple and humble excerpts and now your expectations have changed personally, taking it to your communities as well.
