That the overall experience is key. You can have a great product/end result but if the overall experience isn’t a good one, what will make your clients come back? Communication, customer service and the end result all tie into one experience from start to finish. Id have to say the biggest lesson would have to be …. Have absolutely no expectations ! Over the years I’ve learned that what I’d do for someone they probably have no intentions on doing the same for me. Sometimes we think we’re being great friends by supporting our friends businesses with a simple repost or actually purchasing something. However, when it comes to supporting you or your business, it gets really quiet and no one is supporting you as you did them.
