We had the good fortune of connecting with Noella Collins and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Noella, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I’m a corporate event planner, creative influencer, and self proclaimed Dallas Socialite. With my full time job,  I am already traveling and going to the new hotels, restaurants, and venues. I automatically was sharing my experiences. When I learned about social media influencing I thought, that is awesome. Several of these people are getting paid to be themselves. How can I do that too? So then, the Noella Naomi brand was born. I wanted to get paid to be myself and share the things I was already doing and loving so why not?

What should our readers know about your business?
The Noella Naomi is a lifestyle brand that provides elevated experiences for the professional woman who desires a healthy social life without having to deal with the overwhelm of endless google searches and trying out random nightclubs. These experiences include exclusive looks inside of the premiere hotels, restaurants, and hot spots, dating and networking advice, and of course the best beauty, and fashion finds. If you’re looking to live your best social life, the Noella Naomi Experience is your go-to for mixing and mingling in the Dallas Area. Starting my brand was fun because I was already going out and doing things I enjoy, so I was just showcasing it to my audience. I’m always getting direct messaged on where to go and what to do, so why not create guides and share where all the fun is happening? I want the world to know there’s so much more coming from my brand with my own curated intimate branded events and the weekly happenings in my life I’ll be sharing on You Tube

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
OMG! There’s so many fun things to do! I’d totally take them on a tour of Dallas!

I’m a huge fan of something I like to call Progressive Dining.
What’s Progressive Dining? It’s where you wander from place to place getting food and drinks always within walking distance of the next location. Moving your car is optional, but not encouraged.

I grew up in Oak Cliff, so spending a day in Bishop Arts is a whole must. Lots of cute boutiques to check out .
Places I love to go to are Paradiso, Botanist, Atlas, Boulevardier, and Casa Blanca. Don’t sleep on Casa Blanca’s secret karaoke room!
Other locations I love for Progressive Dining are Deep Ellum, Legacy West, The Star District, and Greenville Ave. All of them have lots of shops, restaurants, and bars to keep you busy for an entire afternoon.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My family- For always telling me I’m in charge of my happiness and encouraging me to be myself and go for it!
