We had the good fortune of connecting with Erica Allen and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Erica, as a parent, what do you feel is the most meaningful thing you’ve done for them?
As a parent, I believe the bond I form with my children is vital. It develops a sense of trust and helps me to guide them throughout this ever-changing world.

The most important thing that I have done as a parent is speak words of affirmation over my children from the womb to the moment they entered my world. Affirming that their life has a purpose, affirming that they are loving, smart, strong, and resilient. My children understand that they can go out into the world unapologetically as themselves, and impact the lives of those around them.

What should our readers know about your business?
Forever Crishae started as a pastime after giving birth to my boy/girl twins in 2017, 11 years apart from my first son. I was starting over, and finding balance in my home proved to be more difficult than I had imagined. I needed a therapeutic way to wind down at the end of each day. Passion met creativity and Forever Crishae emerged.

Bulk designs are rare, which allows us to offer you a one-of-a-kind unique design. We cater to the everyday style of both women and men!

I’m at a place in my business where I understand that dedication and consistency will help me overcome any challenges that I’m faced with. This year I hope to scale my business by getting Forever Crishae in retail stores.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Dallas is such a big city, and there is so much to do!

Favorite hang out spots: The Free Man-live music, Legacy West- cocktails & conversation, Happiest Hour- drinks, music, rooftop
