Hi The Happiest Hill, every day, we about how much execution matters, but we think ideas matter as well. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
Truly my love of food combined with wanting to have something fun to do outside of work inspired my page! This use to be my personal page where I would post food and folks would ask where I went, so I decided why not just make this my thing! Go eat fun foods, and recommend places!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am authentic. I never try to only highlight the good in my life. While my life is good, I definitely have hard times and I’m never afraid to share those. Also that relates to content. I always promised my followers I would never promote places that I personally didn’t like. I always give my opinion and make it honest. That way I am never deceiving them.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Omg so I am new to Ft. Worth after having lived in Dallas my entire life. I think it would be a mixture of things all across the metroplex! So for a full day of eating, we would definitely have to go to Biscuit out in Frisco. They have a frosted flake French toast which is amazing! For lunch we would have to hit up Mexican Sugar in Las Colinas which has some of the best fajitas ever. I love a good flight of beers so would have to go to Growlers and Guitars in Richardson for some before dinner drinks! Would have to do Fork and Fire in Plano for dinner! The atmosphere there is awesome. For dessert to end the day would have to be some hot beignets from PJ’S coffee in North Dallas. Would be a filling but fun day!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My husband and my mom! Those two inspire me daily and are my motivation for all I do! My husband takes my photos and my mom suggest places for me to try! We are a small team over here!
