Hi Marita, what do you attribute your success to?
One single factor behind the success of my brand is creating positive energy to experience optimal results. Feng Shui is the ancient art or belief that you can organize the design and elements of your physical world to find harmony and balance with the spiritual world. Homes have personalities and different feels. Finding the best one for you and/or your family goes beyond square footage and price. Feng Shui takes into account your goals and aspirations to help you select the best home. This practice also helps to maximize the curb appeal of your home and create a welcoming feel that attracts buyers who make offers. Bringing in specific accent colors, re-arranging furniture, controlling clutter in crucial areas are some of the recommendations that will create a space that appeals to all of the prospective buyer’s five senses.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
A home is about how you feel when you walk through the front door. The way you can instantly envision your life unfolding there. It’s about more than real estate. It’s about your life and your dreams. Marita Lasha prides herself on maintaining relationships with clients long after the transaction closes. She’s highly effective at connecting with contractors and designers, as well as the legal, financial, and municipal vendors who play into every real estate transaction. Her natural flair for style and beauty complements her expansive knowledge in property valuation. She’s grounded and resourceful, and she thrives under the pressure of high-stakes challenges while bringing a joy and pleasure to the process of buying or selling a property.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
One thing my friends would say about me is that I love to eat! I’m also a nature lover, Yogi, and I enjoy live music. Each morning we would start our day by working out. Some of my favorite places are the Dallas Yoga Center, Bodybar Pilates Dallas, Cedar Ridge Preserve has some of the best hiking trails in DFW, also yoga on the lawn at Klyde Warren Park during the weekend. Some of my favorite food spots to dine are Al Biernat’s, El Bolero, Cafe Pacific, Drake’s Hollywood, Toulouse Cafe and Bar. North Italia, Dahlia Bar & Bistro, Sushi Axiom and many more. What I love most about Dallas is the variety of cuisines offered along with live music in the evenings. My all time favorite local artist is Goga that performs nightly at various restaurants.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I give much credit to my family. My parents are long time business owners. As a child, I spent most of my time working at the family business, developing my people skills early. A big thank you to my aunt for inspiring me to pursue a career in real estate. I would also like to shoutout my amazing company eXp Realty! They have been a great support as I continue to expand my real estate business. Their systems allow me to service my clients virtually, which has been important during this pandemic.
