Meet Carla Bible: Owner/Operator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Carla Bible and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Carla, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
Having my own business was always a dream of mine when I was a little girl. I have always been creative so I wanted to make money while doing what I love to do. I love creating “edible art”.

What should our readers know about your business?
I’m the owner and operator of Lady C Treats & Events. I make unique custom treats, balloon sculptures and party decorations. What sets me apart from others is that I have a great passion for what I do. Customer satisfaction is my priority. I want my clients to have their imaginations become a reality when working with me. I’m still excited about Lady C Treats & Events winning the award honor for  ” Best Treats” this year in our city’s 3rd Annual Business Awards. How did I get where I am today in my business is by the grace of God. Even though this year has been extremely rough he has truly blessed me. I try to keep pushing forward and I don’t give up. I remember someone once said “The most beautiful turn of events is when the obstacles that were meant to tear you down, end up strengthening you in ways you never could’ve imagined.” My brand represent strong but elegant and classy. I’m also a fun, down to earth person and I try to always be encouraging to others. I love putting a smile on the face of everybody I encounter. Because how you make others feel about themselves says a lot about you.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Entertaining family and friends is always a treat in itself. I would definitely take them Downtown Fort Worth. Let them check out the fun, whimsical scene of Sundance Square. Some favorite spots to eat around Fort Worth would be Mi Cocina, Buffalo Brothers Sundance Square, Gloria’s, Sushi Axiom, Branch & Bird to name a few. Also my family and friends are very competitive in a variety of things when it comes to fun outing. So the gun range, Dave & Busters, Alley Cats would be on the itinerary.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My family and friends have been so supportive, and encouraging since the very beginning . I’m very blessed to have them in my corner as I continue to grow . I appreciate all my loyal clients for their continued trust in me for always providing them with treats and decorations from their visions. I thank my followers and people I have never met for their encouragement , sharing my post/pictures, sending referrals.
