We had the good fortune of connecting with Dramah Queen and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dramah, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
I am and have always been a passionate person. One of the most life giving things to me is creating something from nothing. God has gifted me with the talents to dance, create, and express. At a young age I pursued dancing and it has become part of who I am. Pursuing creativity allows for expression, freedom, and a truthfulness that flows into my day to day. My hope is to inspire those around me to live a life that exudes joy and gratefulness.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As a social media influencer I use Tiktok and Instagram to let mothers know all over the world that they are not alone in their thoughts. I try to bring joy through humorous posts and try to remind them that we have the power to bring peace into chaos. It’s okay to express yourself through the talents that God has given you and to be a light into this world for the next generation. I rap, I dance, I do some crazy stuff, just to live a life of freedom and hopefully validate the difficulties of motherhood all while encouraging them in the process. If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Alright! My bestie is in town so we got some stuff to do! First we have to get a latte from Edison in Flower mound. Next we need to take some Moms With Moves Classes with MOM CREW and maybe head to The Block DFW for some adult classes. One morning we will take a nice little hike through LLELA, and then head to the Dallas lake and relax next to the shore. Lastly, we will go to Valley Creek church and enjoy some awesome worship and a great message.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Right after Jesus. My husband, Jason Queen, and my 6 amazing kids have made me the goal driven person that I am today. Thank you Denver, Rejee, Jase, Scout, Demi, and Declan for making me a mom!
