Hi Alexandra, what is the most important factor behind your success?
When I started photography, I realized it wasn’t just about capturing beautiful images.. it was about capturing real moments, real connections, and the stories behind them. The biggest factor behind my success has been creating an experience where clients feel confident, comfortable, and cared for from start to finish. I guide them through poses, focus on the details, and make sure every session reflects who they are. Over time, that approach has allowed me to not only create images people love, but also build relationships and trust that keep clients coming back and referring others. For me, it’s the combination of technical skill, thoughtful planning, and genuine connection that really sets my work apart.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My art is all about capturing authentic moments and the genuine connections between people. What sets me apart is how much I care about the experience. Guiding my clients through poses, paying attention to the smallest details, and creating a space where they feel confident and comfortable. I’m most proud of the trust my clients place in me and the way I can help them feel seen and celebrated in their own stories.
Getting to where I am today professionally wasn’t always easy. There were challenges such as, finding my voice, learning the technical side of photography, and figuring out how to run a business. I overcame them by staying persistent, learning from mentors, and continuously practicing and experimenting with my craft. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that growth comes from both failures and successes, and that putting care and thought into every session truly makes a difference.
What I want the world to know about me and my brand is that it’s not just about creating beautiful images. It’s about capturing real emotions, preserving memories, and building trust. Every session is an opportunity to tell a story that my clients will treasure forever, and that’s what drives me and makes this work so fulfilling.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting Dallas, I’d show them the city through its energy, creativity, and great food. My husband, kids, and I would spend time exploring neighborhoods like Bishop Arts and Oak Cliff. Wandering local shops, checking out murals, and stopping at coffee spots or parks to soak in the vibe. I’d make sure we experience the city’s mix of culture and family friendly fun, with photo-worthy spots, playgrounds, and little hidden corners that only locals know. Evenings would be for live music, relaxed dinners, and just enjoying the moments together that make Dallas feel alive and full of character.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I really have so many people to thank, but I’d have to start with my amazing family. They’ve always encouraged me, and I especially want to thank my husband and siblings, who have always pushed me to chase my dreams. I also want to give a shoutout to the mentors and photographers I’ve learned from along the way. Their guidance has helped me grow my skills and confidence. And finally, my beautiful clients. They trust me with their most important moments, and that trust pushes me to do my absolute best every single time. Honestly, my journey wouldn’t be what it is without all of these incredible people supporting me.
