Meet Veena Jetti | Co-Founder of Vive Funds

We had the good fortune of connecting with Veena Jetti and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Veena, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
My dad always told me, “True wealth is knowing when enough is enough.” That stuck with me.
To me, success isn’t just about money or titles—it’s about alignment. It’s the ability to live with purpose, to feel fulfilled both personally and professionally, and to know that I’m building something meaningful for my family and community.
Success means hitting the goals I’ve set, yes—but it also means doing it in a way that allows me to sleep well at night. It’s about maintaining balance, nurturing real relationships, and using my time, energy, and resources to uplift others.
At the end of the day, success is knowing I showed up fully, stayed true to my values, and did my best—with intention and integrity.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am the founding partner of Vive Funds, a commercial real estate firm specializing in curating opportunities for investors. I have over a decade of real estate experience and have managed over $1 billion in real estate transactions. Success is never easy, understanding that challenges are part of the way is the first step. My journey in the multifamily business has been a combination of determination, continuous learning, and resilience. It wasn’t always easy—facing gender biases and navigating a traditionally male-dominated industry required confidence and perseverance. I overcame these challenges by building strong networks, staying informed about market trends, and consistently delivering results. The key lessons I’ve learned are the importance of authenticity, advocating for yourself, and fostering collaboration. I want the world to know that as a woman in this industry, I bring a unique perspective, strength, and dedication, and my story is one of breaking barriers and inspiring others to pursue their passions with confidence and integrity.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We’d spend a lot of time at my home. It’s where I feel most myself, and honestly, some of the best memories are made poolside. Think long afternoons swimming, catching up in comfy chairs, and fresh meals from a private chef—eaten outdoors under string lights while the kids run around laughing. My twins would 100% insert themselves into the fun, which only adds to the joy.
One night, I’d host a casual gathering in the backyard with a few of my favorite people. The kind of group where you instantly feel welcomed, where the conversations flow effortlessly from life and business to dreams and growth. It would be low key, candle-lit, with amazing food and even better energy.
If we ventured out, I’d take them to:
Brunch at Snooze—best breakfast and cozy vibes.

Dinner at Kai for sushi for something clean and nourishing.

A walk through Legacy West, maybe stop for a little shopping or people-watching.

Possibly one of the local arts and cultural events that happen in the area.

But truthfully, the highlight would be the chaotic mornings with family, food, the spontaneous belly laughs, the late-night talks by the firepit, and the feeling of being fully seen and held by someone who knows you best.
That’s the kind of trip I’d want to give—and receive.

On a personal note, I also want to share that my husband and daughters are a constant motivation for me.
