We had the good fortune of connecting with Judith Rios and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Judith, what inspires you?
I’m deeply inspired by God and wellness. God is the foundation of everything in my life—my peace, my purpose, and my strength. He’s at the center of who I am and how I live, and I truly believe everything good flows from Him. Wellness is another huge source of inspiration for me. It’s something I’ve studied and worked on intentionally in my own life, not just to feel good physically, but so I can show up fully for my family and friends, and truly enjoy the life I’ve been blessed with.

What should our readers know about your business?
What I’m most excited about is finally bringing God back into the conversation around health and wellness. For so long, He’s been left out of the wellness world, even though He’s the source of all true healing and peace. With Goodness Club, I get to offer a space where faith and well-being can exist side by side, where people can nourish their bodies while also growing spiritually. That’s what sets this brand apart. It’s not just about clean eating or self-care, it’s about honoring God in the way we live, eat, move, and rest.

I’ve opened other businesses before, and that experience definitely helped me build the foundation for this one. But even with that background, it still took a lot of time, commitment, and consistency to bring Goodness Club to life.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that success doesn’t have to look like hustle and burnout. When I first thought about Goodness Club, I felt in my heart that it didn’t need to have a set timeline for launch. This idea and this company weren’t going to be built on tears and exhaustion like my previous ventures. I decided to take it day by day, without stressing or becoming anxious about its opening. It would be ready when it was ready, and that’s something God wanted me to keep in mind, especially since I’m prone to overexerting myself in the pursuit of a goal. When you’re aligned with God’s timing and direction, things flow differently. I want people to know that Goodness Club isn’t just a business, it’s a calling. It’s a reflection of the life I’ve been working toward, one that’s full of intention, wellness, and God’s goodness, and I’m honored to share that with others.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would probably take them on a wellness crawl (which is something I did on my birthday). We’d start with an early morning hike at Rockledge Park by Grapevine Lake. It’s a nice way to get outdoors and move. Afterward, we’d grab breakfast at Rose Cafe, where they have yummy avocado toast, chia pudding, and matcha lattes, then head upstairs to Alive and Well for some IV therapy, vitamin shots, acupuncture, and a massage.

For lunch, we’d stop by James Provisions, where they focus on using natural ingredients and avoiding seed oils. Then, we’d relax at Worldsprings for the afternoon, which has restorative mineral pools inspired by four global regions.

For dinner, we’d go to HG Sply Co for healthy and nourishing food, and end the day with some ice cream from Parlour Ice Cream, where everything is made in-house from scratch using the highest quality ingredients like grass-fed milk and pasture-raised eggs from local farms. It’s the perfect sweet treat to end our wellness crawl day.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Absolutely—my husband. He’s been my biggest supporter since day one. Through every high and low, he’s always believed in me, encouraged me, and reminded me of my purpose when I’ve needed it most. His constant love and support have been a huge part of my journey, and I’m so grateful to have him by my side.
