We had the good fortune of connecting with Author Brandie Pyburn and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Author Brandie, what inspires you?
Authenticity for self awareness. Silencing the noise of people and knowing Gods existences is in everything I do. I Am inspired to be like no one other than myself as God has created me to be. To see myself in rooms many said I didn’t deserve to be in. To demonstrate an Authentic life that guides others to embrace their authenticity in a Christ like manner.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m Brandie Pyburn, the author of *Broken, Betrayals, and Judgement*. My writing is a reflection of my deep commitment to exploring the human condition, spirituality, and the power of redemption. Through my work, I aim to create stories that resonate with readers on a personal level, encouraging them to reflect on their own lives and spiritual journeys.

My ministry is intricately tied to my writing. I believe that stories have the power to heal, inspire, and transform lives. *Broken, Betrayals, and Judgement* is not just a book; it’s a tool for ministry, designed to help readers navigate through their own experiences of pain, betrayal, and judgement, and find healing and hope. My goal is to reach people where they are, offering them a narrative that speaks to their struggles and points them towards spiritual growth.

What sets me apart is my unique blend of professional experience and spiritual insight. With a background in operations analysis, safety coordination, and environmental health management, I’ve developed a strong analytical mindset. Coupled with my ongoing pursuit of a Master’s of Divinity with a focus on Pastoral Care.

My journey to where I am today has been anything but easy. It has involved navigating the corporate world, balancing a demanding career with my passion for writing, and pursuing higher education—all while staying true to my calling. One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced is finding the time and energy to write while managing a full-time job and pursuing a Master’s degree. Overcoming these challenges required a lot of discipline, time management, and leaning on my faith for strength.

One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is the importance of perseverance. There were times when it seemed impossible to juggle everything, but I learned to take things one step at a time, trusting that each small effort would eventually lead to something greater. I’ve also learned that it’s okay to ask for help and that community support is vital in both personal and professional growth.

My brand is about resilience, hope, and transformation. I want the world to know that no matter what you’ve been through—whether it’s brokenness, betrayal, or judgement—there is always a path to healing. My story is one of overcoming challenges through faith, hard work, and a commitment to my calling. Through my writing and ministry, I hope to inspire others to embrace their own journeys, no matter how difficult they may seem, and to find peace and purpose along the way.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I just recently moved to a new location so I would definitely recommend sight seeing near my place. They have multiple dining areas and beautiful areas of scenery to choose from.
