We had the good fortune of connecting with Cynthia Appiah and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Cynthia, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
I pursued a creative career because it aligns with my true nature. From a young age, I’ve always had a deep desire to create. When I discovered how my creativity could be combined with my purpose, it was like a lightbulb moment. Now, I am able to use my creative skills to empower my clients and help them see their inner beauty.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are Beauty From Within Coaching & Consulting, LLC (Beauty), a Small Business that specializes in helping women entrepreneurs, pageant beauties, and business owners cultivate inner beauty, confidence, and resilience to private, public, and government clients. Beauty From Within Coaching & Consulting, LLC is a business based out of Dallas, TX that specializes in creating a customer-centric relationship and delivers the highest quality coaching and consulting services throughout the nation.
Beauty’s niche lies within the pageant industry, catering to our brilliant pageant community. Many of these extraordinary individuals also have interests in modeling and business. Recognizing the need to empower our pageant community, our CEO, Cynthia Appiah, has developed specialized subsidiaries to further empower and support our clientele.
Beauty is the parent company and has three subsidiaries, BeautyTECH, our creative digital marketing agency, Beauty From Within Model & Talent Management, and GynmeaDesigns™️.

As a sought-after pageant consultant and judge, Cynthia has found self-confidence to be a necessary ingredient in achieving success. Without it, she says, “An individual would not be able to see the beauty within”. She had a difficult start to life. She was diagnosed with a brain tumor, her whole left jaw was removed, she was born right-handed, now she is left-sided, and almost died twice, she is a walking medical miracle, and she is in the medical books. From this traumatizing experience, as an adult, she developed Beauty from Within Coaching & Consulting LLC, because she knew firsthand how it feels to lack confidence in yourself when you aren’t able to see your beauty from within.

Our business model, diversification, set Beauty apart from the competition, and having real-life practical experience before developing each program, and with 10 plus years in marketing, healthcare, and branding, Our CEO Ms. Appiah’s wealth of knowledge, creativity, and expertise is unmatched, and makes Beauty From Within Coaching & Consulting LLC stand out. We won an award in 2023 for the best training center.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
As a newcomer to the Dallas area, Beauty has been established for about two years. Our main objective is to promote our brand and increase brand awareness and identity. During our time here, we have already made some great memories with friends who have come to visit. One of our favorite spots to take them is Sixty Vines, where the atmosphere is truly wonderful. Another place that holds a special place in my heart is Katie Warren Park. Dallas, is a wonderful place with beautiful aesthetics, there is always something wonderful to do.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
The path of entrepreneurship is undeniably challenging, especially if you don’t have a substantial supportive community of family, friends, and like-minded people. I am immensely grateful to my parents, particularly my mother, for imparting to me the importance of having a strong connection with God. This spiritual foundation has been a source of strength and guidance, helping me overcome countless challenges and obstacles in my life. As someone who was born in Ghana, West Africa, and later immigrated to the United States with my family, I witnessed firsthand the hardships they endured in a foreign land. This experience instilled in me a deep appreciation for the value of hard work and resilience. Witnessing their unwavering work ethic and determination served as a powerful lesson, inspiring me to never give up and always strive for success.
