We had the good fortune of connecting with RONEKA TURNER and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi RONEKA, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
I tend to view success incrementally. I am someone who is invigorated by new, complex challenges, I never want to find myself in a situation where I feel as if there is nothing left to learn or achieve. Success is about making a difference in our customers’ lives. We set goals for ourselves and we work very hard to achieve them. Also, when our customers speak highly of us in their reviews. Therefore, we know that we are not only making our customers happy, they are also satisfied with our products. In order for us to be considered successful, we need to achieve both our individual and our team goals.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Kultured Krack is a kandied fruit business, etc. We also make meals, sell drinks and the list goes on. I am proud of how much we have grown. The hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrificing and most of all, love of what we are doing or learning to do is how we got to where we are today. No , it was not easy. I am a determined person. I do not give up easily. If I didn’t quite understand the process of our technique, I would stay up all night researching and putting my thoughts together to figure alot of this out. This has definitely been a journey. BUT WE MADE IT!!! Well, I want the world to know that here at Kultured Krack, our goal is to make our customers happy. We want you to keep coming back for more. Our treats will have you thinking about them and blowing our phone up for more.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well my best friend knows that I am a homebody. I rarely get out. So, we will most definitely have friends and family over to have food and drinks.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First , we would like to thank God for all of his blessings. A special shoutout to my close friends’ for encouraging words, spiritual guidance, unlimited support, and also just believing in me. I would love to give a shoutout to the owner, Taysia of Taysia’s Treats, LLC located in Mobile, AL because without her knowledge and patience to answer questions no matter what time or day it was, I would not know what or how to make treats the right way.
