To me, the value of ‘family’ is paramount. It’s a deeply personal belief that has shaped my life and my approach to everything I do. Why does it matter so much? Family is where we learn some of our most significant life lessons. It’s where we experience love, support, and sometimes, challenges. These experiences shape who we are, and they can have a profound impact on our mental well-being. Family has taught me about resilience, empathy, and the power of connection. Jordan Flowers | Photographer

I grew up knowing the importance of a photo. When I was younger, my grandma passed away and all I was left with were my memories and my photos of her. Arlee Pryor | Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

While it once made me uncomfortable, authenticity has become a deeply cherished value of mine as I have experienced how transformative it is. My journey to connect to my true self has not only transformed me as an individual but made me a stronger therapist, business owner, friend, and partner. As a therapist, I have come to witness that authenticity is what we are all really seeking in our relationships. Beneath our defenses and anxious parts, we want to know ourselves and we want to be known by the people we love. It is the foundation of trust, open communication, and connection. By taking a genuine and collaborative approach as a therapist, I hope to inspire my clients to do the same in their relationships. My passion as a therapist lies in helping my clients meet and embrace their truest self and share that with the people they love. Read more>>
