We had the good fortune of connecting with Nicolas Rice and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nicolas, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Life is base on risk, if you don’t take risk you want advance..

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
We are a Record Label, and our art is geared toward music and entertainment. What sets us apart from other companies and also makes us identifiable in the music industry is that we are first and foremost family oriented, and we are called “Chosen Records Entertainment” because we are in our own lane and authentic. We are very proud of our accomplishments and how far we have come. What was just a dream for years and sketched on paper as a dream ended up becoming a reality. In order to get to where we are today, we had to get a team together and delegate responsibilities to each profession from dreaming up the logo to having it created, then getting our website up and running, our social medias to match our brand and not forgetting our fan base. It was not easy at first but once things started falling into place then managing and maintaining became easier. We put in work daily so that our artist, sound engineers and collaborators could have something solid and somewhere comfortable that allows them to create, write great music and record some hits!

What help us overcome challenges was having a strong team that go hard and work daily to make all the pieces fall in place and delegating duties to a great group of professionals that have become family. We all work great together and are already cooking up ideas for 2024. We have performances, videos and music to release, and we are super excited about that! We have learnt along the way not to do it all on our own or you will get burned out and shy away from the passion and reason that drove the dream to become reality. Our brand was created to give the next generation a chance to show the world their talent and give them a chance to fulfill a dream that may seem unattainable to others. Our story is that we started from scratch, and believed in ourselves, God and had the tenacity, perseverance and patience to push to our beginning and ended up here. We are growing and signing artists from around the globe. Our first artist is “Tyree Rice” and he is a phenomenal, artistic and very talented songwriter and musician. Weare super proud to have him under our label and giving him a shout out for being driven, persistent t and realizing his dreams now.

We chose to sign “Tyree” because his vison aligns with ours. His stage name is “4 Audemar”. He chose to get into music, because during the course of his whole life he saw that his family was interested in music, so it piqued his interest, and he developed a love for music and decided to pursue it as a career and got into it fulltime. His passion and vison right now are to put out the best music he can to be notice and with a different flare. He wants to continue to grow and perfect his craft and elevate to the highest level in order to remain relevant in the music industry and give the World something to talk about when he leaves or walks out of the room. He wants to be the person that his family can depend on.

Stay tune and keep your eyes on him because he s already on fire! We are some collaborations in the works, music videos and his music is also streaming on several platforms currently.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take them site seeing around town in Dallas, Cigar lounges and Hookah Lounges and seafood and barbecue restaurants. We would pretty much head to downtown Dallas also visit the “Reunion Tower” as it has a great restaurant, visit the GeO-Deck/Observation and an amazing view of the city. We would definitely check several studios and performance arenas. as we love music to get inspired. We may travel to Arkansas and back as that is our hometown even though Dallas is home now.

In regarding to books”, The Power of Mental Discipline” by Ian Tuhovsky is a great one for everyone to take time and read, because it aligns with our beliefs with controlling one’s Thoughts, increasing one;s Willpower and achieving More with this journey we are on.
